We are a 100% volunteer Animal Rescue and Sanctuary,
based in Southern California
Our Board, Staff, and Volunteers are lifelong animal lovers with experience, skills, and professional expertise that enrich the service of our mission to Rescue.
Our name and logo reflects the Beauty of the Light of Love.
​The Rainbow gives testament to the promise of Life from the
Giver of Life... Love from Above from whence came these Gifts of Love.
One day they will return, back over the Rainbow of promise to the Love from Above from which they came.
